Our Connecting Neighbours Grants program provides small grants to community members and groups who want to make a positive impact in their local area.
The focus is on creating connections between neighbours and creating stronger local communities.
Previous projects have included
- BBQ’s and morning teas to welcome new neighbours
- Social outings, such as for a group of isolated older neighbours
- Working bees, gardening or creative activities.
The selection process
Applications will be reviewed by a panel who will then recommend the projects to be approved by the General Manager. Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application within 4 weeks of the closing date.
Closing time and date of this round is 5pm, Monday 31st August 2026.
